Anyone who lives in the Zwhatt development in Regensdorf and is expecting visitors can easily rent an additional room for family and friends, right in the neighbourhood. We designed two such guest rooms for Pensimo, one of which is wheelchair accessible.
A guest in your own neighbourhood.
A home away from home.
Anyone staying here should feel as welcome as if they were with friends, while at the same time enjoying the comforts of a good hotel room. The bed, desk, mirror, and wardrobe are reduced to the essentials and carefully designed. This creates a room of quality that becomes entirely your own for a few nights.
Made for everyday life.
A guest room sees many faces. That is why every detail is designed for easy maintenance: robust surfaces, furniture mounted on a wall rail that keeps the floor clear, and furnishings that stay looking good for a long time. One of the two rooms is wheelchair-accessible, ensuring that all guests feel welcome in the neighbourhood.
Light that warms.
Wood on the walls and furniture, along with light that radiates indirectly from the furnishings, create a warm, cosy atmosphere. Instead of a harsh ceiling light, light strips illuminate beneath the shelf and desk, complemented by a floor lamp and a bedside lamp. When it came to the furnishings, we consistently focused on sustainability and chose durable materials and products.

Listening is our first draft.
Every project begins with a conversation. Tell us what you have in mind: a new working environment, a restaurant, a space for the future. We bring an open mind, curiosity, and experience in strategy, interior design, and lighting. We'd love to meet at our studio on Gutstrasse in Zurich. Or wherever your project is coming to life.
