Sustainability

Sustainable is what you want to keep.

Spaces people are proud of endure for a long time. That is why we design places with their own identity, flexible in use, made from materials with origin, and assembled so they can be disassembled again.

Attitude

An attitude, not a style.

We deliberately avoid following a specific style. Every project emerges from its context and real-world requirements. This results in places that are unique and provide lasting enjoyment.

01
04
Material mit Herkunft.
Wir wählen Materialien nach Wirkung, Lebensdauer und Herkunft. Nachvollziehbare Beschaffungswege haben Vorrang.

Today and beyond

Planned for today. Designed for the future.

We work with the context and real-world requirements. And we plan for the immediate future just as carefully as for what comes next.

01
Heute
Die realen Anforderungen: wie das Team arbeitet, was der Ort braucht, was der Kontext vorgibt.
02
Danach
Wachstum, neue Arbeitsweisen, andere Nutzer. Räume, die sich anpassen, statt umgebaut zu werden.
03
Später
Rückbau ohne Abfallberg: Bauteile lösen, Materialien trennen und weitergeben.

Mono-material construction

Joined together, only to be separated again.

We are increasingly focusing on mono-material construction: components are joined in such a way that they can be easily detached during renovations, separated by material, and reused. We select the materials themselves based on their lifespan and origin, with traceable supply chains.

Measurable

We verify what we promise.

For office renovations, we account for every modification in CO₂ equivalents, calculated using our own Workplace Intelligence software. This ensures that embodied carbon is factored into decisions right from the start. Whatever can be reused stays in the project: components and furniture that we repurpose directly don't require any new embodied carbon. Together with experienced partners, we collect data and continuously refine our methodology. Upon project completion, you receive transparent and comparable figures—ready for your sustainability report and your next decision.

Reused

Percentage of fit-out and furniture remaining in the project

Saved

Embodied emissions compared to new procurement, in t CO₂e

Not built

Area eliminated thanks to needs analysis, in m²

Per workstation

Embodied emissions of the renovation per workplace, in kg CO₂e, as a benchmark across projects

Contact

Listening is our first draft.

Every project begins with a conversation. Tell us what you have in mind: a new working environment, a restaurant, a space for the future. We bring an open mind, curiosity, and experience in strategy, interior design, and lighting. We'd love to meet at our studio on Gutstrasse in Zurich. Or wherever your project is coming to life.
