pom+ is a successful consulting firm that operates dynamically and at the highest level. Change is not an exception here, but identity: always with its finger on the pulse. For the new headquarters on Limmatstrasse in Zurich, we designed spaces covering around 800 m² that embody precisely this attitude. It all began with a needs analysis and collaborative workshops with the team.

A space for exchange.
Exchange is central to pom+—with colleagues, with clients, and with partners. That is why the heart of the headquarters beats in the multifunctional workshop room. It adapts to any task, from client workshops and team meetings to events with partners. Here, ideas are generated, discussed, and decided upon together.
Space to clear your head.
Just as important are the numerous retreat areas. They combine what often falls apart in everyday consulting work: communication and focused work. This creates a pleasant variety of spaces that also creates mental space. There is a suitable place for every task.
