For almost a hundred years, SFC Koenig has stood for precision. The sealing and flow control technology from Dietikon is used in aircraft, medical devices, and machinery all around the world. For their headquarters, we developed a 1,200 m² work environment that brings the team closer together.
Short distances, strong connections.
Closer together.
In the beginning, there was a clear desire: the team should be more connected, and the distances between colleagues should become shorter. In workshops, we got to know the processes in detail. This resulted in a space where the right people work close to each other and questions are resolved right where they arise—in direct conversation rather than via detours.
Space for new work.
SFC Koenig works agilely, and the new work environment reflects that. Instead of one single workspace for everything, there are spaces for every activity: for collaborative development, for brief check-ins, and for focused work. In this way, every task finds its space, and collaboration becomes second nature.
Precision you can feel.
Right at the reception, it becomes clear who works here: the logo on a dark, quiet wall, alongside an open view into the working environment. Clear lines, an understated color concept, and meticulous details translate the precision of the products into the space. In this way, the office becomes an expression of an attitude that has characterized SFC Koenig for nearly a hundred years.
