Client Representation · Modern Workplace Specialist · Change Management
Huber+Suhner is developing a new site in Herisau. As part of the client representation, we support the client as subject matter experts for modern working environments. Together with the client representation for overall planning, we guide architects and interior designers on the path to new working environments.
Clarity before building begins.
Clarify the order.
Good planning begins with a clear order. We translate how work is done at Huber+Suhner today and tomorrow into guiding principles, requirements, and a shared design foundation. It provides orientation for the planners without pre-empting their design, and gives the client certainty with every decision.
Bringing people along.
New working environments only have an impact when they are embraced and lived. That is why we support the transformation from the very beginning: with workshops, a community of change agents from the teams, and digital tools that make progress visible. In this way, the new working environment grows with the organization, rather than passing it by.

Listening is our first draft.
Every project begins with a conversation. Tell us what you have in mind: a new working environment, a restaurant, a space for the future. We bring an open mind, curiosity, and experience in strategy, interior design, and lighting. We'd love to meet at our studio on Gutstrasse in Zurich. Or wherever your project is coming to life.
