Good working environments are not created on the drawing board, but in conversation. For Axpo in Baden, we are further developing the existing working environment together with the people who use it every day. Digital surveys and workshops interlock: the data shows where things are stuck today, while dialogue shapes what will be needed tomorrow.
Finding the way together.
Everyone gets a chance to speak.
It all starts with a digital survey that all employees can complete in just a few minutes. It reveals where the current environment supports them and where it holds them back: in concentration and exchange, retreat and encounter, well-being and identification. Our proprietary tool condenses the responses into a clear situational picture, supplemented by on-site observations. No single opinion dominates, no concern is lost.
Deciding through dialogue.
In workshops with leadership and representatives from the teams, we mirror the results back. Live evaluations and scenarios make connections tangible and options comparable. Together, we prioritize the areas of action according to impact and effort: What can be improved quickly, and what requires more endurance? This creates a roadmap supported by the organization because they helped shape it themselves.
