This is how we proceed

Step by step - precise to success

Working with us means being part of an agile and dynamic team. We enjoy our work and always put people at the centre. Together we realise successful projects - with passion, precision and efficiency.

Project process

Our project process consists of eight precisely defined steps - from initialisation to optimisation. Each step is accompanied by professional project and change management. The process has a modular structure and can be used flexibly both as a complete concept and in individual modules.

Start project

Step 01

Initialisation

  • Objectives
Definition of the project objectives, vision and specific customer requirements
  • Project definition
Clarification of the project scope and the defined boundaries
  • Team composition
Selection and composition of the project team and relevant stakeholders
  • Budget planning
    Preparation of a preliminary budget
  • Schedule
Development of a rough schedule for the entire project
Step 02

Analysis

  • Needs analysis
Detailed analysis of needs and wishes supported by design thinking workshops
  • Inventory
Recording of the current spatial conditions, including dimensions, lighting conditions and existing structures
  • Market research
Investigation of relevant trends and technologies that can be used in the project
  • User analysis
Survey of end user requirements through surveys, interviews and shadowing as well as the development of personas and user journeys. Workshops based on the design thinking principle are also conducted.
  • Strategy
Development of strategic principles and guidelines for the project
Step 03

Concept

  • Brainstorming
Organising creative brainstorming sessions and workshops based on the design thinking principle to develop initial ideas and approaches
  • Mood boards
Creation of mood boards to visualise the desired mood and style direction
  • Concept development
Development of a clear and well thought-out concept that includes strategic principles, organisational structure and change management and features spatial modules
  • Layout sketches
Preparation of initial ideas for zone plans and room modules
Step 04

Planning

  • Detailed planning
Development of detailed plans, including floor plans, sections and elevations
  • Colour and material selection
Selection of suitable colours, materials, furniture and accessories
  • Cost calculation
Preparation of a detailed cost overview based on the selected materials and designs
  • Time management
Development of a detailed schedule for project realisation
  • Approval process
Submission of all necessary documents and plans for official approval and ensuring compliance with legal regulations
  • Tendering
Preparation and realisation of the tender, including the preparation of tender documents and the selection of suitable contractors
  • SIA phases
Implementation of phases 31 (preliminary project) to 41 (invitation to tender) in accordance with the standards of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA)
Step 05

Construction & implementation

  • Site preparation
Preparation of the construction site, including obtaining all necessary permits and implementing safety measures
  • Coordination of the trades
Coordination and monitoring of the various tradespeople and service providers to ensure a smooth construction process
  • Quality control
Ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards throughout the construction phase
  • Troubleshooting
Solving challenges that arise and adapting the construction process when necessary
  • Models
We favour the general planner (GP) model, but are also happy to work in the general contractor (GC) and total contractor (TC) models
  • Commissioning
Handover of the completed project to the user
  • Documentation
Provision of all relevant documents, including plans, operating instructions and warranty information
  • SIA phases
Implementation of phases 51 (implementation planning) to 53 (commissioning and completion) in accordance with the standards of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA)
Step 06

Operation

  • Welcome event
The new premises need to be celebrated in style. We support you in planning and organising an unforgettable event
  • Introduction
Training of users in the new premises and their functions

After around 3-5 months of operation, an evaluation can be carried out to define and implement any necessary measures.

Step 07

Evaluation

  • Feedback
Obtaining feedback from customers and users on the satisfaction and functionality of the new premises through interviews, surveys and other methods
  • Analyse
Evaluate the feedback to identify potential for improvement
  • Performance evaluation
Review of target achievement and whether the design meets the original expectations
Step 08

Optimisation

  • Further development / optimisation
Adaptation and improvement of the layout or design based on the evaluation results

«We understand the specific requirements of each project and offer flexible, modular services that are perfectly tailored to the needs of our clients.»
